Our deliveries are taking a little longer than usual at the moment. Please be assured that our small and safely distanced warehouse team is working hard to get orders out as quickly as possible. All orders will be sent via by standard Royal Mail or Parcel Force depending on size.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 48 hours, subject to stock availability.

Pre order products are sold prior to availability. The expected date of delivery will be stated on the product page. Sometimes due to circumstances out of our control this date may change. If this happens we will keep you informed

Furniture and Fragile items

Some of our large items including mirrors and furniture are delivered by a specialist courier and will be delivered within 2-3 weeks from ordering. 

Overseas shipping

We ship most of our products overseas and shipping costs are calculated at the checkout. 

Not available on Large / Fragile items.

Please be aware customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties and taxes


We do, of course, hope you will be delighted with your goods but we understand that there may be an occasion where you will need to return something to us. You are entitled to a product refund up to 21 days from the dispatch date of goods. We offer a no-quibble FREE returns policy on all our products excluding the original delivery fees. Please email with your name and order number for more information.

The returned products must be new, in perfect condition, complete with any original swing tags attached, and in original packaging. Used or damaged items cannot be refunded or exchanged. Please fill out the returns form that will be sent with your order or email

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage for the goods as we can take no responsibility for goods lost in transit.

Due to COVID-19 restrictions it may take longer than usual for your order to be returned to us. We have strict social distancing measures in place in our warehouse this means it may take slightly longer to process your return and get your refund to you. We appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.

For parcels with dimensions no larger than 61x46x46cm weighing up to 20kg we will send you a link to create a pre-paid Royal Mail label or QR code which can be taken and shown at a Post Office.

For parcels exceeding these dimensions we will arrange for a Parcel Force collection. 

We are offering free returns from the UK mainland.

We do not offer a collection service for larger items from outside of the UK Mainland.

If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item or deduct a percentage of the original selling price from the refund amount.

Delivery charges are non-refundable except where goods are faulty or wrongly sent. In the unfortunate event of goods arriving damaged and/or faulty, please contact us immediately.

We aim to process all refunds within 14 working days. However, during busy times, this might take slightly longer. We will email a confirmation once the refund has been made.

Retail prices on the website are inclusive of VAT at the standard rate.Your order will be excluded from VAT if you place the order from outside the EU.
